White bean dip & raw vegetables
- 66 g canned white beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 g chives, chopped
- 15 mL lemon juice
- 10 mL olive oil
- Assorted raw vegetables
1.Combine beans, chives, lemon juice, and oil in a small bowl.
2.Mash with a fork until smooth.
3.Serve with assorted raw vegetables, such as cucumbers, carrots, sugar snap peas, bell peppers, broccoli, and grape tomatoes.
